Baby let the games begin—Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is coming to Nashville May 5 through 7 and we know all too well that there will be plenty of enchanting events to accompany a weekend beyond our wildest dreams.
We don’t know how it gets better than this, but we’re dragging you head first, fearless, into all the Taylor-themed happenings around town that are sure to make the whole place shimmer:
Frothy Monkey
The coffeehouse is serving up a few Taylor Swift-inspired drinks including the Loving Him Was Red, a hot red velvet latte, the Cruel Summer, a magic blue matcha lavender latte with your choice of vodka or whiskey, the Better Than Revenge, a chocolate hazelnut espresso soda, and the Meet Me at Midnight, a hot or iced blue matcha lavender latte finished with edible gold glitter. The drinks are available at the Downtown Nashville cafe only.
Moxy Nashville Downtown
Get ready for a weekend of Taylor Swift nostalgia with Moxy’s Eras Tour themed pop-up bar. Enjoy specialty cocktails and menu items inspired by each of Swift’s iconic eras. The bar will also have a Taylor Swift-themed balloon arch for fun photo-ops.
The Bluebird Cafe
Looking for something fun to do before the show? The Bluebird Cafe will have special daytime hours May 5 through 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., where Swifites can stop by to see where Taylor Swift got her start, shop for the perfect concert outfit, and enjoy other themed festivities!
White Limozeen
White Limozeen, the Graduate’s rooftop, is hosting a variety of DJs to play Taylor Swift-themed sets throughout the weekend. To bolster the party, a selection of Swiftie-friendly cocktails, all named and inspired by her songs, are available.
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum have unveiled a pop-up exhibit that displays a selection of iconic costumes worn by twelve-time Grammy-Award winner, Taylor Swift. Titled Through Taylor Swift’s Eras, the limited-run exhibit includes a total of ten outfits that represent each of the her ten albums. The museum also updated its display in the third-floor Taylor Swift Education Center with new artifacts representing her latest studio album, Midnights
Adventure Science Center
Adventure Science Center has created a laser show titled Taylaser featuring ten of Taylor Swift’s most popular songs spanning her career. Songs are set to dazzling laser imagery created in-house. Taylaser will have two showings on May 6 at 6:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. A full-dome, Midnights sing-along will take place in between showtimes at 7:15 p.m. Lyrics from the standard edition (explicit content included) of Midnights will be displayed on the screen atop curated, track-inspired visuals.
Church & Union
Shake it off at Church & Union’s late night post-concert party on May 6. DJ Dirty Darren will be spinning all of T-Swift’s hottest hits until 2 a.m. All guests must be twenty-one and older to attend.
Stop by Bagelshop’s downtown location this week and indulge yourself in one of their Eras Tour specials! Try the Welcome to New Yorker (a bagel shop New Yorker-style sandwich), paired with the Lavender Haze, a chai with edible purple glitter, the Back to December, which is two shots of espresso with peppermint and mocha, or the Red, which is two shots of espresso with raspberry and mocha.
The Countrypolitan
On May 4, The Countrypolitan in Printers Alley is partnering with the local artists at Denim Canvas to throw a denim jacket paint party catered to Swifties. Guests can either bring their own jacket or purchase one on-site, and learn to paint an Eras-inspired design that can be worn to the show.
Baked on 8th
This beloved little 8th Avenue bakery is offering Taylor Swift-inspired desserts. Menu options include the Bejeweled Brownie, Lavender Haze Cake, and more.
Iconic western brand Lucchese has just dropped its latest collection, the Lilac Edition, which can be found in The Gulch location. While the boots are based on the color of the spring season, they are the perfect shade of Lavender Haze in our humble opinion.
Noelle’s quarterly Maker’s Market will take place on May 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. In an ode to Taylor Swift’s concert weekend in Nashville, several makers will offer Taylor-themed items for purchase and Keep Shop will feature a table with Taylor Swift merchandise and themed products. Discover and shop local Tennessee artisans while sipping a specialty Taylor Swift-themed cocktail/mocktail, the Lavender Haze.
Some things never go out of style, and a themed brunch is one of them. So grab some pals and pop, fizz, and clink your glasses at Henley’s Definitely Not Another Popstar-Themed Brunch to celebrate Taylor Swift’s return to Music City! Executive Chef Kristin Beringson has crafted a few songstress-inspired specials for the occasion, including Fearless French Toast, Bejeweled Breakfast Burritos, and Teardrops On My Parfait. Festive beverages include a Bad Blood Bloody Mary, a Lavender Haze lavender-infused vodka cocktail, and Champagne Problems, a cotton candy-infused bubbly cocktail. Guests are encouraged to don their favorite Swiftie outfit to participate in an outfit contest, and also expect photo opps with a life-size cutout.
