On the May 30 episode of Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s “Wiser Than Me” podcast, Rhea Perlman revealed that she and Danny DeVito are still legally married more than a decade after they first separated in 2012. “We are still married … and we are still very good friends and we see each other a lot,” she said, adding that their separation was “very difficult at first.” Explained the “Cheers” alum, “There were a lot of reasons that we separated — which I’m not gonna go into. It took time for us to come to this — somehow — pretty decent understanding and relationship with each other.” She now lives alone with her dog, whom she described as her “partner in life.” Added the four-time Emmy winner, “I like being alone.
